maven配置阿里云私服后每次都去私服找包

如题，我在本地没配置阿里云私服的时候，项目之间都是本地去找依赖的jar包，配置阿里云私服，我本地明明已经install某个项目成jar包，但是其他项目在install会跑到阿里云去下载，阿里云maven私服肯定没有我的这个包啦、请问如何更改才能默认是本地去找。。不要网上复制没用的答案，求真实的解决方案，我的是eclipse开发工具 Could not resolve dependencies for project com.smart:smart-sso-client
